I am not sure if my understanding is correct. Bunuel Please correct me if I am wrong.

Question stem only says m is a non-negative integer. It means m can not be -1,-2,-3 so on. It does not say that m is actually an integer. So m can be 0, positive integer or a fraction.

and thus, My answer E.

Hi,

X is a non negative integer...
This clearly tells you two things
1) it is non negative so x>=0.
2) it is an integer

What you have said would be true, if words are
M is not a negative integer..
Here it means M could be anything other than -1,-2,-3....

Hope it clarifies the issue
