The src https://www.testpreppractice.net has a different ordering of the options as show in the screenshot attached.
SajjadAhmad Please correct the OA.
St I -------- insufficient as it does not specify the dimensions of the ice cubes and the height of the container
St II -------- insufficient as it does not specify the dimensions of the container
St I and II --------- insufficient as it does not specify the height of the container
Hence correct Option is E
