As Line A is parallel to line B, slope of line A = slope of line B.
(1) Line A is parallel to the x-axis. -> slope of line A is 0 -> slope of line B is 0 -> Sufficient.
(2) Line A is perpendicular to the line x = 3. As line x=3 is perpendicular to the x-axis, line A is parallel to the x-axis. -> slope of line A is 0 -> slope of line B is 0 -> Sufficient.
