 A*x + A = B 
-->  A*x = B - A 
-->  x = \frac{(B - A)}{A} 
-->  x = \frac{B}{A} - 1

(1) A does not equal 0
We do not know how many values A & B can take
Possible values of  x  = {2/1 - 1, 3/2 - 1, 4/1 - 1, . . . . . . .} -->  Insufficient

(2) B does not equal 0
We do not know how many values A & B can take

Would request you to upload a screenshot of the question. The equation should be A*x+B=B.

A*x+B=B.......A*x=0 
So either A=0, or x=0, or both A and x are 0.
