This statement give me the cost and distance but we need D and gasoline used
Not sufficient
(2) The cost of the gasoline used by the truck for the trip was $2.10 per gallon.
It give me the cost of gasoline

when we combine the statement
Total distance we know 192 miles
Gasoline used will be 23/2.1
when we divide we get the answer
Hence option C is correct
