Bachelor's: University of Washington - Foster School of Business (Finance) 3.4 Overall GPA 3.6 Major GPA.
Internships: One chemical engineering one not related to finance
Work experience: None, except family business stuff
GRE/GMAT: GRE scheduled for Dec 16th. Quant will probably be 16x range.
Me:

Which programme are you interested in? The Master in Finance? I have applied for SSE's MSc in Business and Management. I applied before the early application deadline, so I might get an answer already by late December.
My profile is a bit weird. I am 24 years old and from Denmark. I have a BA in Political Science but supplemented with courses in business economics and management accounting. My GPA is not the best (2,83/4), but the reason is (probably) that I have worked 60-70 hours a week during my BA. In total, I have 5 years of work experience - most of it related to communications, negotiations, strategy, management, etc.
I scored 720 on the GMAT and 116/120 on the TOEFL. The latter not relevant to you I assume, since you are from the US.
Fingers crossed I will get in, although my academic background is a bit weird and with a low GPA.

It seems like everyone's profile is exceptional compared to mine.
I am an international student doing Accounting & Finance at top uni in the UK (top 30 in the world). I currently have a 3.33/4 GPA, no relevant work experience, and I can score 500 at best at the GMAT which will be scheduled for 21th December.
Do I have a chance at all at getting into MSc Finance? Do they usually give you a conditional offer and require you to retake the GMAT for better score (Do universities do that in general)? I haven't had much time studying for the GMAT, as I had to focus on my studies as well.

Not fun - but effective.
During mock-exams I scored 630-650. So hopefully my work-experience will substitute somehow for my somewhat lower GPA and GMAT (I am taking the gmat january 8th). What do you guys think?
