Hi Everyone
I’m currently preparing my applications for several European Master in Management programmes (ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Emlyon, etc.), and I’m about to request my recommendation letters from my university lecturers and employers.
For those who have been accepted or are familiar with what these schools look for, I would really appreciate advice on what content is most valuable for referees to highlight. I want to give my recommenders helpful guidance without scripting anything for them.
In your experience, what are the most important points or themes a strong reference letter should include for MiM applications? Examples: academic ability, analytical skills, leadership potential, professional performance, career promise, personal qualities, growth, etc.
Any suggestions on what schools like ESSEC/ESCP in particular value would be extremely helpful.
Thank you in advance!
