- Visit the platform → Register with passport details, valid email, personal info.
- Receive unique file number (e.g., XX-XXXXX).
- Choose the Pathway
- Log in → Select "I am already accepted" or "I have an admission letter" (pre-consular route).
- This skips searching/applying to programs.
- Enter Program & Institute Details
- If your school/program (e.g., ESSEC MIM, HEC, ESCP) is not listed → Choose "Program not in catalogue".
- Fill:
- Full institute name
- Program name & level (e.g., Master's in Management)
- Exact start/end dates (from admission letter)
- Write short motivation essay (why this program, why France, career goals – usually 500–1000 characters).
- Upload Supporting Documents (Admission Part)
- Official acceptance/admission letter (with name, program, dates)
- Registration/enrollment confirmation (if issued)
- Any scholarship/financial proof from the school
- Complete Personal & Academic Sections
- Recent passport photo (35×45 mm, white background)
- Personal details: Passport, contact, address
- CV / Resume – Crucial: Support every point with proof
- Internships → Offer letter/certificate
- Work experience → Last 3 payslips / experience letter
- Degrees → Transcripts + certificates (10th/12th/Bachelor’s)
- Tests → GMAT/GRE/IELTS/TOEFL scorecard
- Extracurriculars → Certificates
- Language:
- English → IELTS/TOEFL or undergrad English-medium certificate + 12th English marks
- French → DELF/TCF (if applicable; not required for English-taught programs)
- Previous stays in France (if any)
- Full education history with documents
- Review, Pay & Submit
- Check dashboard carefully.
- Pay fee online.
- Submit.
- After Submission
- Campus France reviews (1–3 weeks).
