Can you please suggest if the usage of 'THAT' modifier below is correct
Oil is being sold for three times the price,per liter, that a most profitable company charges for .....
Can That modifier jump off a modifier phrase and refer to the noun before the modifier ( the entertainment ,by clowns , that the resort offers...)
Quite confused with the above two usages.Please shed some light on this

I think that in this particular case "that" refers to the price that a most profitable company charges , so that=the price , +that in most cases is a restrictive modifier that modifies the exact previous noun.
