Do I need to re-review?

Hey guys,

I need some advice regarding my prep direction. 
I have finished reviewing all quant and verbal materials from both magoosh and TTP, and I am planning now to spend the rest of my prep time on doing OG practice questions. However, recently I was practicing only geometry and number properties and realised I got some questions on inequality wrong eventhough the concept tested on the inequality question was not hard. So should I continue reviewing the materials again or should I just focus on completing the question bank? Same goes for some topics on verbal.

Identifying why you got the question incorrect may be helpful. If you got it wrong due to a careless error, for example, going through the fundamentals for that topic may not be necessary.

It sounds as if you need to keep doing topic-focused practice rather start doing mixed practice at this point.

Also, you may not need to review the TTP material in general. Rather, you can do practice questions and analyze your errors to determine why you've missed questions. Then, if you find that you missed a question because you didn't fully understand a concept or strategy, you could review the relevant lessons to improve your understanding.

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) Have you used any other study materials besides the courses that you listed? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

If, upon reading the solution, you understood it fully and realised that it was something you knew but just couldn't connect at that time, then reviewing the prep material again is not required. What you may be missing is applying the concepts learned in the questions. For that, you need to practice more questions of that type. 
Also, OG practice questions may not be sufficient for Quant. They are typically about 550 - 650 level and hence may give a false sense of comfort if your target is higher.

You should consider spending more time on analysing the solutions of the questions from the topics in which you are weak. By analysing I mean, go through each step of the solution, identify the exact step at which you made the mistake, compare your approach with the right one and then learn the right approach. This should help.

If you are struggling with some specific topics, you may share the same for better understanding.
