Thanks for the advice, but if I take two to three months than in that case, I have to appear for GMAT Focus and I am more comfortable with the classic version.
The thing is that there's no shortcut to a 700+ score. Getting that score takes what it takes. So, you'll likely need at least 100 to 150 more hours of preparation to get to your goal.

How much time per week do you have to prepare?

I scored 580 in my 2nd official mock with 44 Q and 25 V therefore when should i give 3rd mock as my target score is 700+ and i am planning to give the exam in a week's time since i am preparing from 1 month

Consider postponing your exam until you've scored 700+ on at least one official mock. If you've already decided to take the test in a week, perhaps take a mock 3-4 days before your actual exam. Might be worth saving one or two mocks in case you retake for any reason. The Share GMAT Experience subforum may be help give a sense how long/likely different score jumps may take. You could also see what others have done/used to improve their scores.

SC Idiom list - may help that part a bit

It doesn't matter when you take the 3rd mock or whether you take it at all. Taking a test doesn't improve our score. The studying phase (learning + practice) improves our score. Test taking helps us work on our timing and test taking strategies and helps us identify our weaknesses.
Besides, most people end up scoring higher in mocks than in the actual exam because of familiarity with the mock questions. For a 700, you will likely need to invest some more time studying. If you do not want to re-schedule your test and want to give the classic version another shot, take the upcoming one as a practice test. If you get your target score, great! Else, after the test, write down all you can remember about the question types, topics in which you faced problems etc. This information will help you prepare for the next attempt. Do keep in mind that you cannot share actual GMAT questions you get with anyone.

Hi amitbachkainya,

Since you are pretty far off your score goal, are you able to delay your exam to give yourself more time to study?

As others have pointed out, aiming for a 120+ point improvement is a significant leap and it will require some dedicated time and effort. Given that you've been preparing for a month, you might need an additional 2-4 months of focused study, depending on how much time you can commit daily.

At this stage, taking your 3rd mock immediately might not be as beneficial as you think. It's crucial to first build a strong foundational understanding of the concepts in both Quant and Verbal. After that, practice intensively to solidify these concepts. Once you feel more confident in your grasp of the material, then go for the mocks.
