Hi Team,

I only have one question. Could you please rank schools in Canada based on good number of post-MBA jobs offered to international students in Consulting?

Reason of confusion:
1. Ivey (known for case studies and I have never done this before in my job)
2. Rotman (known for finance, and I want to go only in Consulting. Plus I have 0 background/ interest in Finance)
3. Sauder (I want to remain in Toronto for good job opportunities than be on West Coast)
4. Queen/ McGill - finance schools.

From my preliminary search I could only finalise Schulich but then it has a very shady environment to live in.
So, even though i want to go to Canada, I can't finalise one.

Please can you help?

Thanks!

You should look at the employment reports of the Canadian schools:

Shulich: https://www.schulich.yorku.ca/client/sch ... t+2014.pdf
Ivey: https://www.ivey.uwo.ca/cmsmedia/359927/ ... report.pdf
Sauder: https://www.sauder.ubc.ca/Programs/MBA/M ... r_Outcomes
Mcgill: https://www.mcgill.ca/desautels/programs ... ment-stats
Rotman: https://rotman.utoronto.ca/-/media/Files ... eport.ashx

As you will notice, not all schools release the same info, but it's a good starting point.

Best,
Jon

Thanks Jon for your reply.

I did research via the links you mentioned, and there was no university that had highest number of Consulting job offers!
Schulich, McGill and Rotman do have some numbers in Consulting but they are still 2nd to Finance/ other industries.

Can you please tell me which one from Canada, especially near to Toronto area, is the best in ROI in Consulting?

Thanks,
Patronus

You can't tell the number of jobs in consulting based on the fact that there are more people who go to finance. That could be the circumstance of the applicant pools. The recruiting list is your best bet. If the target companies you are aiming at recruit at the schools, then you are good, and it's up to you to land that job.

Best,
Jon
