I am an Indian girl 25 years of age with 4 years of work experience. I have studied electronics and telecommunication engineering from a top ruputed institute in the country - NIT, Jaipur ( in the top 20) . I started out at Idea Cellular Ltd as a network engineer. Idea Cellular Ltd is the third largest telecom. operator in the country and the fastest growing telecom organisation. I joined as an graduate engineeer trainee and after a year was offered the position of an assistant manager. I managed our vendor ericsson during my time at the organisation. I worked here for about 2 years followed by which i moved to the field of analytics. I joined a nascent stage food tech start up holachef. I was the 10th employee to join them and during the course of my time with them they also raised a series A round of funds. The team size also quickly expanded to 50+. I got to handle multiple roles and projects during my time here. I then moved on to better opportunities with Craftsvilla - ecommerce segment in the capacity of an analytics professional. I was the first hiree in the role and set up from scratch and worked with them for little over a year. I now work with Caratlane which is a Titan subsidiary and a leading omnichannel jewellery brand. I work with them on their online business and work on customer retention and repeat business analytics. I am the sole owner of driving these numbers for the organsation and have been working with them for the last 4 months.
I through my MBA am looking to learn other functions of business , improve soft skills , network and also specialise in Analytics by taking more subjects from the domain and strengthen my core subject knowledge academically.
I have given my GMAT and have scored 720(v41,q48). I have a cgpa that is about 2.8 on a scale of 4.

Please help evaluate my profile.

Hello there!
Well I would love to know a bit more about your in terms of what you have done at work and also in your volunteer work and ECs, but I think you have given me enough to start.

The biggest obstacle in your profile is your GPA, which for Top20 schools is quite low. That and your Indian IT demographic will be the two biggest challenges. Otherwise things look good. I would say that your comfort range would be somewhere in the 15-30 range, and then you might add a school or two above and below as stretch and dream schools.
