It may help! You may want to target the infrastructure sector as that might be a good transition from what you are doing now.

The tricky bit with an EMBA is that it's not quite the career pivoting opportunity as a full-time MBA program but it's better than trying to do it without the MBA. You will just have to network hard and find available opportunities as they pop up.

There's nothing inherently disqualifying about your background, so just put in the legwork and you should find success. Good luck!
