Hi there! I am 24 year old, I intend to apply for the LSE Global MiM (2-year CEMS program) - a GRE score of 330 (162V & 168Q), IELTS 8, and finished undergrad (B.A Hons. International Relations & Economics) in Aug'2020 with CGPA of 5.25 out of 8 from India. Career plan to switch PE/IB
Started working for a major energy consulting firm in Aug'2021 as an Analyst in the Oil & Gas division covering North Sea investments research and some consulting - Now part of the Renewables division covering investments research globally. Before this have worked in the policy sector for 2 major international think tanks (Brookings, etc) and a Big4 as an Intern covering the energy sector. Volunteer work exp from undergrad in child rights and rural employment. Also, co-authored and published a research paper on hydrogen deployment and financing policy.
Not sure what schools I should realistically target for September 2024 intake ??

LSE MiM could be a good fit, though to go into PE/IB I would think an MBA or a MFin degree would be more appropriate. Be prepared to explain that in your essays to the school.
Are you solely looking at MiM programs? Only the UK? Would the rest of EU or the US be an option?
What is your ranking from undergrad based on your GPA?
GRE score is good, so no issues there.

My college didn't issue class rankings or percentages so just the CGPA for the batch graduating in 2020. Getting rejections from all major MFin target schools - Oxford, Imperial, HEC Paris, and Cambridge (Judge MBA). Have already applied for MFin at Booth, Columbia, and Yale. Only LBS called back for MiF interview (even they rejected and suggested applying next year - with more experience - even though the interview went solid). Hence applying for a pedigree school MiM (2-year will give me enough track record in academic marks and internships to convince a fund.
