Demographics
I am 24 yr old, Male, India. (25 with 3 year+ workex at matriculation)
Education
I have a bachelor's degree from a top 10 college in the country with a major in Computer Science Engineering. CGPA: 9.02 out of 10 (Top 10 in the graduating batch).
GRE
GRE 331 (V164, Q167, AWA 5)
Work Experience:
2 years at BlackRock as an Analyst
Intern at Tata Motors as an App dev
Target Schools: (potential) Ross, Tepper, Kellogg, UCLA, and Hass (guide me on choosing other M7/T15 colleges too
)
Query: I seek guidance in choosing a career stream (Product Management or Consulting) and assistance in selecting the right business school with a strong heritage in consulting or technology.

2 years at BlackRock as an Analyst
- Look after the external representation of the firm, i.e by looking developing and maintaining the country websites across regions.
- Conduct sprint calls and draw product roadmaps for the tools that are under my stewardship.
- Automate the Model portfolio solutions models for the fixed income funds and contribute to the portfolio strategy.
- Mentor and help onboard the new interns into the larger team (~2-3 interns a year)
- Internation expiernece (working with clients around the globe)
Intern at Tata Motors as an App dev
- Created a mobile application that would modernize the old maintenince registry into an automised solution. (featuring auto escaltions, notifications, etc)
- During my undergraduate years, I led the Google Developers Student Club as its community lead, overseeing approximately 40 members. I attended numerous Google-sponsored seminars and disseminated the knowledge to the club.
- Additionally, I collaborated with NGOs to educate underprivileged children and women about sanitation and basic education.
- In another project with an NGO, I worked on a Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) headset to aid people with C5 spinal injuries in communication and wheelchair control, garnering recognition in a prestigious newspaper.
- I have played football at the district level and served as the captain of my college team. I also organise & take part in the football events at work.

Great profile! Your list feels very appropriate. M7 will of course be tough, though it's worth picking a few that really interest you for R1. I see you have Kellogg tapped as a favorite, which is a good choice for your interests.
Speaking of which, the biggest area you need to focus on is developing a good narrative that helps you stand out. You are coming from a competitive demographic and while you have really solid credentials, we would want to make sure you differentiate yourself appropriately. PM/consulting is a very common path, so it will take some nuanced approach to the written application to make sure you aren't falling into the "seen that before" category.

Thanks! I do feel a lot o retrospection has to be done. But would my relatively less work ex pose any challenge, given that I only have 2 at this time and will have 3 at matriculation?
