Did you ever get a response to your post? I'm facing the same question. After visiting both programs, I think one of the main differences is the type of students attending each program. From what I can tell the EWMBA program at Haas is younger and a little less experienced. Some classes are attended by full-time students which brings down the age even more. This difference isn't bad, just something to keep in mind. One aspect I like very much about Wharton is the two day format on Friday and Saturday. In this format you are completely immersed in the program, while at Haas you go at night. At 9:30pm, after a day's work and then school, you probably aren't going to be doing a lot of networking. In any case, both schools are the best part-time programs in the Bay Area, so attending either one would be a coup.
