I am an international applicant (engineering background) and have received really good offers from some of the top schools in my list 
1. UNC
2. Emory - 80% scholarship
3. Kelley - full tuition fellowship
4. Smith - Deans Fellow(Full tuition waiver + stipend)
5. Smeal - MBA Fellow(Full tuition waiver + stipend)
Financial aid would be a big consideration for me while finalizing the school.
On that note, I have decided to drop UNC (due to no $).
Now I am really confused between Emory and Kelley.
Post MBA, I would like to transition to Strategy consulting and I don't really have any location preference at this point.
I know I can't go terribly wrong with these schools and this is making the decision even harder.
Any advice/suggestions/comments would be highly appreciated.

The decision will be between Kelley and Emory due to scholarship amount and their rank compared to Smeal & Smith.
Emory's career office is doing great progress in the past of 3 years. They have great access to MBB, especially Bain ( Atlanta office) and Mckinsey, and other second tier firms. In direct contact with consulting academy in Kelley, he tole me that Kelley is not known for MBB but Deloitte and Accenture recruit from Kelley. Atlanta's location is more accessible for networking than Kelley and perfect hub to travel around. Emory's territory is in south though.
So I believe Emory is a best for you.

I'd lean Emory here for consulting placements. You'll likely be in Atlanta but the recruiting reach they have there is quite strong.
