I am an average Indian my high school grade is 75% I don't know how it gets converted to GPA. I plan on completing BBA from India and MBA from USA. What are the best BSchools in USA which have high acceptance rate, have high paying placements, offer financial aid to International Students and maybe less fee.

Refer to rankings of US schools. I would say based on your criteria, Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, HEC, INSEAD and many other schools would fit the criteria... you have to be more specific.
