Hi,
i got accepted in a couple of business schools and confused which school to choose.
UT DALLAS, DALLAS (US), MS in MANAGEMENT SCIENCE (STEM)
SMU COX, DALLAS (US), MS in MANAGEMENT (NON-STEM)
BABSON COLLEGE, MASSACHUSETTS (US), MS in FINANCE (STEM)
AUDENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL, NANTES (FRANCE), MASTER'S in MANAGEMENT (RANKED 27 IN FT MIM RANKINGS)
NYENRODE UNIVERSITY, AMSTERDAM (NETHERLANDS), MASTER'S in MANAGEMENT (RANKED 47 IN FT MIM RANKINGS)
NOVA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS, LISBON (PORTUGAL), MASTER'S in MANAGEMENT (RANKED 17 IN FT MIM RANKINGS) (result awaited)
The points for me to select a business school are:
1- i want to work there after my graduation for minimum of 5/6 years
2- globally renowned school
3- return on investment
4- a handsome package after graduation
In my opinion UT DALLAS will be a good fit but the tough immigration laws gives me a second thought about it. The USCIS also restricts the International students, who are working on OPT, to work on employer's client site, which will make harder for the International students to brag a job in the US
Additionally, not only the immigration laws in EUROPE are lenient (as compared to US) but also the program are ranked in global mim rankings by financial times.
Please give your feedback about the same so that i will be able to make a sound decision.
All suggestions will be highly appreciated.
