In a similar place, but was WLd at Darden. My question for you is, do you want MBB? Based on conversations I've had, it seems that MBB is difficult from Johnson and is an uphill battle. Is it 40k per year? That would bring Johnson down to around 28k which is a pretty nice number...

Nope, its 20k per yr.

I love Johnson and think that it’s a great program. For what I want, Johnson makes sense. If you want MBB go with Darden (but only if you think you’d be competitive, re 700+ GMAT). If you are fine with going to a firm like Deloitte or EY, follow your gut. I believe numbers are similar...

If you want to do consulting, I would go to Darden. The recruiting / network will be better and it has a better reputation in the U.S. Also think there is value in the case method as well for consulting. (Plus you will have better weather!)

Another strong vote for Darden!
40k is nothing in the bigger scheme of things. Although the employment numbers (https://gmatclub.com/forum/employment-a ... 63957.html) at both schools are pretty similar, Darden will give you a better shot at cracking into MBB.
All the best. Do let us know your final decision.
