I am have been admitted into Booth, Ross and Anderson (currently waitlisted at Yale, Tuck and Fuqua). I am an international student. Engineer by training and currently a consultant. I am interested in Clean tech and PE/VC impact investing post-mba. I am torn on which offer to accept. No scholarships anywhere.
Booth - benefit is the M7 Ranking and strength in quant (nice to have when pursuing PE/VC roles)
Ross - action based learning opportunities are a big draw. Also think the Ross network is the best
UCLA - love the culture. would be nice to end up in the west coast eventually
Yale SOM - really resonate with the mission of educating leaders for business and society but still on WL
Dartmouth and Fuqua - I think these are also good programs for energy and PE/VC. But I don't think of these as highly as I think of Yale.
Thoughts on which offer to accept?

1) Well, if you got into Tuck and Fuqua, would you pick either of them over Booth, Ross or Anderson? If not, both can get crossed if your list.
2) If you got into Yale, would you pick it over any of the three you're in already? If not, you can cross it off your list.
3) If you found out tomorrow you got a 50% scholarship to one, which school was the first one you hoped it'd be?

Reading between the lines a bit ... your top three are Booth, Ross and Yale ... but ... you want to end up on the west coast in PE / VC.
Lastly ... (i) check the placement records of the three schools to see if there is an obvious answer (triangulate placements on the west coast with PE / VC placements to get a guess on the likelihood you'd be able to end up in PE / VC on the west coast) ... and ... (ii) check the list of companies recruiting and see if there are and PE /VC firms actively hiring at and of the schools who also have major offices out west.
............
Also, I suspect if you're more interested in "make an allocation on the heels of bigger investors and hope for the best" sorts of VC / PE investing (i.e., where your firm isn't the lead) Booth would be better than Ross ... however ... if you wanted to be more of an activist investor, the leadership development work you'd get at Ross and Yale could be very beneficial in navigating the people side of the equation.
Without knowing the placement info ... and because you're not admitted to Yale just yet ... in a 51 / 49 internal struggle, I picked Ross.
If the placement info above leans even a little bit to Booth, that's where I'd probably lean.

Here's my five cents and please don't consider my opinion as a single source of truth:
I voted for "Booth", because it's a high ranked school with financial focus.
It also has generous funding for PE/VC clubs and events.
Chicago location is good.
2) Ross - more focused on operations. Strong recruiting for internships and full time.
A lot of people go to Seattle-based companies, so the network there is really vast.
Location is formidable and equidistant between Chicago and Toronto.
3) UCLA - lower ranking, but strong local network.
Location is awesome.
4) Yale is strong as a greater university because of its political and law focus, but in my opinion Business School itself is weak.
Location is not great, because you'll have to go back and forth by train for recruiting in New York.
5) I went to Tuck, so I am biased here.
Strong and very responsive network but very limited, especially in the West Coast, at the same time.
Location is bad.
6) Fuqua has a broader network and some focus on finance.
Has a bigger class and hence more diversity.
Location is bad.
Hope this helps and please note that this is one person's opinion, which did not mean to offend any of the great schools above.
