Hi
GmatwhutwhutCongratulations on the offer - hope you spend a moment to appreciate yourself and your efforts!
As an INSEAD alum with similar credentials (30+, intl, non-target work ex for consulting), I can say that it depends a bit on the geography you're targeting - if you're keen on staying in the UK then of course, Cambridge would be a good bet. Plus, it doesnt hurt to have the centuries-old reputation of the university behind you.
Yet, INSEAD IS the consulting school (although the last few batches may feel differently) and while the situation isn't very rosy right now, if you're keen on consulting, and would like an exposure to a greater diversity (in terms of your cohort and an opportunity to study in different geographies), INSEAD checks the boxes there. The key question you should ask yourself is what are you looking out of the MBA? If its an established brand name and a focused approach on UK then Cambridge would probably be a better bet. If its a more international exposure you're targeting, I'd say INSEAD. But trust me, there is NO wrong decision here - you will have a terrific time at either place.
All the best!
