Hi,
Just asking what would be seen as better MBA school between INSEAD and HEC, based on profile. I am going to go back to fam business after MBA so not looking for consulting. Would be great help if anyone has advice and why ?

Congrats on admits! 
People get MBA's for diff reasons and in your case what matters the most (my guess) is skills you pick up that you can apply, School prestige in your country to enable you to impress customers, and network with alums to grow customers or expand.
I think the Skillset you are learning is going to be similar at INSEAD, HEC, as well as Copenhagen Business school (I would say some lower-ranked schools have some really great professors too) just saying that learning is not going to be the differentiator - it will be rather the Prestige or the Alum network. I think INSEAD would trump HEC on both of these in my home country so that would have been my choice if I were in your shoes.
In terms of the consulting, it is still worth playing with them and recruiting for it to get a flavor and taste the challenge and competition and get that mind clarity in case prep unless of course you are doing some other recruiting or networking instead but if you have spare time, then absolutely worth sharpening your skills.
