Hi! Need some help in regards to what GMAT FE score should I aim for, and a profile evaulation?
10th - 9.8 CGPA
12th - 92%
Btech- 8.2 from an NIT college
I have about 4 years of work experience in the IT field
In terms of extra curriculars I unfortuntely do not have much. I am starting out my GMAT prep so any guidance on resources to use, score to aim for to get admission at ISB and/or anything I can do to better my profile would be highly appreciated!

Hi,
You have good acads. On the GMAT FE front, try to aim for a score equivalent to or higher that the school average (710/720), that's a good place to be.
Not having a lot of extracurriculars doesn't directly impact, provided you can demonstrate a strong leadership and a well rounded profile through the ones that you already have. Go for quality over quantity.

You should aim for a score around 720. While extracurriculars might not be super extensive right now, you can definitely showcase your well-roundedness through the essays and application itself. ISB values leadership, teamwork, and making a positive impact, so focus on highlighting these qualities in your professional experiences, even if they weren't formal leadership roles.
