Please find below list of questions asked during UNC Kenan Flagler R1 Interview to one of the applicants we closely worked with for his application.
1. Walk me through your resume
2. Why MBA and why UNC & Kenan Flagler specifically
3. Talk to me about your time working with XYZ (one of the organizations the applicant worked with and highlighted in his essay) on the business model and what you achieved with it
4. Your greatest achievement as a leader
5. Achievement you are most proud of outside of work
6. How do you go about delivering bad news to someone
7. Tell me about a time you navigated cultural differences
8. What value do you feel you will add to UNC’s cohort
9. Why should we consider you over other applicants - what sets you apart/makes you stand out
