La Sante at Kemuraland is an upcoming hospital that intends to build a clientele by attracting patients from other hospitals in the area. Accordingly it plans to offer free consultation with alternate junior doctors for patients who are not attended to within half an hour of their pre-fixed appointment time. Now, It may happen that the hospital succeeded in its plan(of attracting a large number of patient) but, a few patients who stayed at other hospitals ( for whatever reason) still have to wait for the same amount of time that they waited before- note that the argument never mentions what is the reason behind wait time, it might not just be because of the abundance of patients. So, clearly this statement does not affect the conclusion of argument.

New hospital is based on the assumption that wait time is most crucial to people.
If in the given statement we can somehow prove that people do not care so much about wait time, and they are more interested in waiting fro doctors that they took appointment with rather than being treated by a junior doctor, WE can find a statement.
E. Whether patients in general would rather wait to see for the doctor they took an appointment for : E does exactly same
Given this wait time will not reduce and hence it wont be of any help to patients
