Can any former/current applicants to the FT MBA program guide me with the LORs?
I downloaded the LORs from the application portal, but my recommenders are not being able to edit the pdf and fill the blanks in the form. Did anyone else have the same the issue as me? How did you go about resolving it? I have written to the Adcoms team and raised a case in their application query resolution portal, but haven’t heard back yet.
Would really be grateful if someone could help me out with this issue and I can go about resolving it.

Hi. I have seen this happen a few times with editable PDFs. Sometimes the form fields just do not work depending on the PDF viewer being used.
One simple workaround is to upload the PDF to Google Drive then open it with Google Docs and edit the text there. It usually converts the form into editable text fields.
Another option is to use a PDF editing website like Smallpdf or ILovePDF where you can upload the file and fill the fields directly in the browser.
Also ask your recommenders to try opening the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader rather than a browser preview because many browser viewers do not support editable fields properly.
Hopefully one of these should solve it while you wait for the AdCom to respond.
