Since Salim will always take 2nd position Sita&Rita cannot take 1st position,
Option1
2 Salim S&R 1
But Sita and Rita can also switch position between themselves.
So, 2*1*2*1 = 4
Option2
2 Salim 1 S&R
But Sita and Rita can also switch position between themselves.
So, 2*1*1*2 = 4
Total =4+4=8

Two conditions are there:
1. Salim at 2nd position
2. Sita and Rita are always adjacent to each other.
So, its better that we fill up these positions first and others(1st and 3rd/5th) later.
1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th
2 Sa Si Ri 1 OR 2 Sa Ri Si 1 -----> 2+2 = 4 ways
2 Sa 1 Si Ri OR 2 Sa 1 Ri Si -----> 2+2 = 4 ways
Total 8 ways
