First note that n can only be 45 or 54, because 20 can be represented as the product of two digits only as 4*5.
(1) n is greater than 50 --> n=54. Sufficient.
(2) n is an even number --> n=54. Sufficient.

There are only two such 2 digit numbers possible: 45 and 54.
(1) Statement 1 tells us the number is greater than 50. As there is only one such possibility ie 54, this statement is sufficient.
(2) Statement 2 tells us n is an even number. Again, out of the two numbers, there is only one possibility ie 54. Sufficient.
