2x – 3 = 6 – 3y,
i.e. 2x + 3y = 9
One solution is x = 0 and y = 3
CONCEPT: To find other solutions one can always remember that the value of x changes by the coefficient of y (3 in this case) and value of y changes as much as the coefficient of x (2 in this case
i.e. Next solution will be x = 3 and y = 1 (Both are positive Integers
i.e. Least positive integer value of x for integer solution of this equation is 3
Answer: Option C

Use the ordered pair (3,1):
2x-3=6-3y
2(3)-3=6-3(1)
6-3=6-3
3=3
