I have a question here - In option B - "Bats have auditory systems, whose structure enables them to echolocate" wouldn't the whose modify the noun before it i.e. systems, and hence wouldn't the meaning of the sentence be "Bats have auditory systems. The structure of these systems enables bats to echolocate." But actually, it is the systems that help bats echolocate not the structure of the systems.
