For those who are looking to fund their MBA/MS in the US, one might be interested to have a look at Kredit Future. They do not take any collaterals. I have been involved with the team this past summer and they have successfully run the pilot program last year funding a score of Indian students. Kredit Future is an early stage $5 million fund with an intent to disburse credit without collaterals to students looking for higher education (graduate level) in the US. In return, they take a certain percentage of your salary post-graduation. This decreases the burden for the students to repay the loan when the economy is down. Kredit Future is based on Income Share Agreement (ISA) model
Repayment starts as soon as you get a job post graduating. If you don't get a job, you don't have to pay back. You'll owe them a certain percentage of your salary for a certain number of months
