Since in the beginning of the sentence dictates that something started at some point in the past.
Structure:
Since Past tense, Present Perfect/Present Continuous
So is there any rule to follow here for the second clause? because it appears that it sometime takes Present Perfect and sometimes it takes present continuous.
should I go by any grammar rule or just by logic? if logic. what's the logic behind it?
