 Conclusion:   Everyone will have job
 Assumption:  Everyone is capable of getting a job regardless of anything else: education, health

(A) It does not quote numbers showing how jobs are growing in comparison to the population.
 A valid point, however, the argument doesn't suggest that everyone will have the job always. It says everyone who is in the age range will get the job

(B) Some people will never have jobs because they lack the skills to hold a simple job.
 Correct answer

(C) It fails to quote government reports comparing pay rates of new jobs to minimum wage.
 Pay rates is out of scope to the argument.

(D) Some people will have to hold two or even three jobs to live at a minimum level.
 The argument is not concerned about the living conditions that people will have.

(E) It fails to consider tax rates.
 Tax rates are out of scope to the argument.

i think A is also a valid error in reasoning......big growth in job creation ......if not comparable to working age population......some ppl will always be jobless...... and i dont think B is any stronger than A

Official Explanation

It is unwarranted to assume that all people can hold a job. Some people, because of a lack of education or training, or because of physical or mental handicap, will never be able to hold a job. These people may be considered chronically unemployed.

The answer is (B).

I think that the main issue is that the comparison only considers one part of the equation
Future Unemployment = Current Unemployment + Growth in population that can work - Growth in jobs.
There are, of course, a number of other factors like the age, skills, number of people that are unemployed because they are changing jobs, location of the jobs, etc, etc. But given the argument, I think the answer is still A.
