Yeah. But, comparing "salad options" with "fare" is not logical.

Guess, the sentence intended to compare the "salad options" in the current place with the "salad options" in the buffet fare, but failed.

If we turn a deaf ear to that issue, "A" should be the answer.

I think Buffet fare means buffet menu, another type of list, so it should be logical.
