B Using restrictive clause and by using it, misses the verb makes it sentence fragment
C lacks parrallism and can not show a good comparison beteen parent groups.
D using being.. which is just WRONG in GMAT. Stay away from it. 
E seems to show childen are permissive parents and structure is weird
