e) which is visible on many copper items, and which is produced – There should be comma before Which. ‘Visible’ and ‘is produced’ are essential information therefore non-restrictive clause with ‘Which’ is wrong.

By the way, answering your question...the expression 'visible on many' clearly modifies the noun touching it i.e. the   'green "bloom"'

Can somebody suggest what ''visible on many....'' refers or modifies to ? Bloom i.e. immediate noun or Aerugo ?

Please let me know what are the Modifiers rule for such constructions.

My answer is A.

B and D can be eliminated because you don´t use THAT when the modified noun (green "bloom") is the object of the clause.
C can be eliminated from the intended meaning of the sentence. it must be "Aerogu,...,and is produced"
between A and E, I choose A because "which" is used to refer to the preceding noun. In this case the second "which" in the sentence do not has a preceding noun.

It's a bit debatable. Here bloom refers to Aerugo; therefore modifier to bloom is indirectly referring to Aerugo. Such reference is acceptable.
A should be the answer.
