For A and C, using "enough" with "so as to" is wordy and redundant. You can cross those off.
For D and E, when using "quickly enough", it should follow with something more specific (i.e., quickly enough that... or quickly enough to...). Using "and" does not allow for the correct follow-up after "quickly enough" and can be crossed off.
B is the correct answer.
