IMO C
Option A: ENIAC - Subject, No verb - Incorrect
Option B: ENIAC was less than 20 hours- Incorrect Meaning
Option C: ENIAC was able to compute.....30 seconds, much less than....- Correct Subject-Verb and Modifier
Option D: ENIAC,......., being much less than 30 seconds - Incorrect Meaning
Option E: ENIAC,.... and was able to compute - No verb and incorrect usage of AND
