A. weight which allowed PAST TENCE INCORRECT
B. weight, which allows WHAT DOES "WHICH" REFER TO BODY WEIGHT,EXPENDING LESS ENERGY ??? AMBIGUOUS
C. weight which has allowed PAST PERFECT TENSE INCORRECT
D. weight that has been allowing PRESENT CONTINIOUS TENSE INCORRECT
E. weight allowing....GERUND USE IS CORRECT AND CONCISE

SOMEONE MENTIONED THAT E CHNAGES THE MEANING.NOTE THE BELOW SENTENCES.....
I GENERALLY TRAVEL BY BUS SAVING MYSELF A LOT OF MONEY.
I RUN FASTER THAN ANYONE IN THE TEAM MAKING ME THE FASTEST RUNNER.

DO THESE SENTENCES CHANGE THE MEANING? I DONT THINK THEY DO
