Let's do the following calculations:
$$\frac{(2-\sqrt{2})*(2-\sqrt{2})}{(2+\sqrt{2})*(2-\sqrt{2})}$$ $$=3-2\sqrt{2}$$$$=3-2*1.4=0.2$$
