Let's do the following calculations:
\(\frac{(2-\sqrt{2})*(2-\sqrt{2})}{(2+\sqrt{2})*(2-\sqrt{2})}\) \(=3-2\sqrt{2}\)\(=3-2*1.4=0.2\)

Answer: B
