A. Which refers to Alaska's Bay whereas it should refer to the quantity of oil yielded.
B. Wrong tense "has been", awkward construction " a daily average being and accounting"
C. Modifier issue.
D. Wrong tense "has yielded"; and follows a phrase only whereas it should be followed by a clause.
