I am yet to her on the scholarship details also. Can someone weigh in thoughts/inputs on the decision making?

Honestly , iBear has a very bad post MBA employment stats. Once you finish the course you will have to find a job and get H1B lottery ( 1/3rd probability of anyone getting it ).
But iBear offers good scholarships - this would mitigate the risks.. if you are paying full amount - you are taking a huge risk !!
