PGPM (1 yr program) is for applicants with at least 5 years of experience, though most have higher experience (very occasionally people with 4.5 years also get in). PGDM (2 yr program) is for applicants with less than 5 years of experience (maximum applicants have around 2-3 years of experience). I think you would be best suited for the PGDM -which is viewed as slightly more prestigious (though both are quite prestigious on their own) due to a variety of factors (placements not being one of them, and an obsession with 2 yr programs being one)- I say this being a alumnus of the PGPM program. Both programs are full time residential programs (though PGPM has a 3 month online module preceding the 1 yr on campus).
Both programs accept GMAT and with your score (and experience) you should be comfortable in getting a call, from the PGDM program (Can’t speak for PGPM as you would have around only 3.5 years at the time full time classes start for CO 2021). I am assuming you have a regular 3/4 year undergraduate degree.
The overseas location at present should not be an issue, as the programs accept PIOs/ OCIs/foreign nationals.
The interviews for PGDM should be in the months of Jan/Feb for the CO 2023.
For PGPM you could still apply for CO 2021 (You should check the website).
Both programs have a staggered admission process, so you should apply early.
Hope this answers a few of the queries.
