Yes, you can take the GMAT even on the 10th and submit the unofficial score to complete the application and submit it. Do have the official score sent to ISB later as well.

You will not receive an unofficial score for the online GMAT. Online GMAT scores are available 7 days after taking the (online) GMAT test. Unless ISB allows an exemption/extension on this, you should plan to take your exam earlier to have your scores available by Jan 10.
