I scheduled the GMAT exam for last weekend at the center and due to technical issue couldn't start the exam. Now the Pearson team is investigating this issue and haven't provided me a reschedule yet. Can you tell me what should I do here.

Write this down to the ISB admission committee. Well, I think you should have written this before 10 as the deadline is over now, and rarely will they open the form again for you. Then you can write/call to Pearson enquiring a date by which you will get the reschedule.
