Hello Everyone, can anyone please review my profile and suggest some possible post MBA goals for IIM B EPGP 2026?
Xth: ICSE- 2014 : 92%
XIIth: CBSE-2016: 92.67%
UG: Jadavpur University, B.E in Electrical Engineering, 2020, CGPA: 9.18 (Tier-1)
GMAT FE taken in August 2025: 635(Q86 V82 D76)
Experience:
As a senior consultant at one of the Big 4 consulting firms, I lead the design, enhancement, and support of large‐scale power scheduling and operational applications used by multiple State Load Dispatch Centres (SLDCs). I engage directly with government stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver root cause analyses with preventive measures, improving system performance and reliability by up to 25% and achieving site availability of up to 99.5%. I also mentor my junior colleagues through structured knowledge transfer sessions on business analysis, application architecture, databases, and deployment, accelerating onboarding and boosting team productivity.
From a project management perspective, I coordinate with cloud and network infrastructure vendors, develop effort estimates as a part of change request (CR) implementation, and deliver client demonstrations post timely delivery. A recent key highlight is spearheading the Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) power schedule optimisation solution implementation for the western region SLDC as a pilot project in collaboration with IIT‐Bombay, NLDC‐Grid India, the World Bank, and internal teams to deliver a comprehensive real‐time dashboard that is expected to save costs of upto 5 lakhs on an average daily compared to the existing scheduling optimisation implemented.
As an associate (consultant), I drove digital transformation by migrating critical applications from legacy systems, decommissioning outdated tools, and enhancing internal applications, improving performance and reliability by up to 30%.
I am also recognised with 3 Client Appreciation Awards for successful digital transformations augmented with major application enhancements, and a seamless ERP integration for a state government client (SLDC) in the eastern region of the Indian power sector.

Your academic pedigree looks good too but the GMAT does not completely showcase your potential. You should, therefore, explore the possibility of a retake.
