1) Buyer is below purchasing manager and purchashing manager is below VP, therefore option C (C)
2) The arrow of the Draftsperson points towards the VP of engineering. Option D
3) Management accountant is B. VP of product is A, buyer is C. Option A.

From the chart above, its very clear that the Buyer is at Level C, since he reports to Purchasing Manager, who is at level B, who in turn reports to VP Marketing, who is at Level A.

Again, an easy one, it can be clearly inferred from the chart:
