The worker who gained the most fat__________.
The worker who lost most fat will be n the EXTREME LEFT (+ve X axis). Refer the data enclosed in BROWN Circle in the image.
The worker has gained 5 pounds of fat, but lost only 2 pounds of muscle. Hence, Option A.
A. lost fewer pounds of muscle than he gained of fat
B. lost more pounds of muscle than he gained of fat
C. gained fewer pounds of muscle than he gained of fat
D. gained more pounds of muscle than he gained of fat.
Approximately__________percent of the 22 workers lost weight during the study.
The workers who have lost weight will be those who lost more than they gained, either fat or muscle. Those will be the workers whose data point falls below the line (-x, y); (x, -y), where |x|=|y| (refer the red line in the image). There are 8 such workers. So the % = \(\frac{8}{22}\)~.3636~36%. So, Option C.
